A written email summary is provided after the consultation in accordance with the applicable service description.
Do you provide physical site inspections?
The standard consultancy services are information-based and do not include physical site inspections or surveying.
Where a project requires a physical inspection, measurement, technical assessment or specialist certification, the appropriate qualified professional should be engaged separately.
Does your service include architectural or engineering work?
No. Unless expressly stated in writing for a specific service, AJT EQUITY LTD does not provide architectural design, structural engineering or similar specialist technical services.
Our role is focused on consultancy, review, project coordination and practical development support within the stated service scope.
Do you submit planning applications or obtain statutory approvals?
Standard AJT EQUITY LTD consultancy services do not include preparing or submitting statutory planning applications or obtaining statutory approvals.
Development planning reviews may identify relevant considerations, information gaps or areas where further professional input may be appropriate.
Formal applications and statutory matters should be handled by the appropriate professional or authority.
Does AJT EQUITY LTD provide property valuations?
No. Property valuation is outside the standard scope of AJT EQUITY LTD’s consultancy services.
Where a formal valuation is required, an appropriately qualified valuation professional should be appointed.
Will I need other professionals for my project?

AJT EQUITY LTD does not guarantee planning approval, construction completion, a particular property value, profitability or any specific commercial outcome.
