If additional clarification or information is reasonably required, the service timeframe may be affected until that information has been provided.
Professional and Service Boundaries

Service Fees and Transactions

Fees relate to the defined service and deliverables described for that service. Work outside the stated scope is not assumed to be included.
Where a request falls materially outside the original service scope, AJT EQUITY LTD may contact the client to clarify the requirement before undertaking additional work.
The client should review the service description, included deliverables and scope limitations before proceeding with a service request.
Cancellation
Cancellation of a service is handled according to the circumstances of the request and the stage reached by the service.
Where a service has not started, cancellation may generally be considered without deduction for work that has not been undertaken, subject to applicable law and the circumstances of the request.
Where work has already commenced, the effect of cancellation may depend on the work completed and the stage reached.

Refunds
Refund requests are considered according to the circumstances of the service and the applicable statutory rights.
Where a service has been completed and delivered substantially in accordance with its stated description and scope, a refund will not normally be available solely because the client disagrees with an observation, assessment or written conclusion.
Where a service has not been started, has not been provided as agreed, or another appropriate circumstance applies, a refund may be considered.

Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the structure, wording, formatting, templates, methodologies and original materials created by AJT EQUITY LTD remain the property of AJT EQUITY LTD.
Once a service deliverable has been supplied to the client, the client may use that deliverable for its own internal project purposes.
The client must not reproduce, resell, commercially redistribute or present AJT EQUITY LTD’s original materials as its own service or publication without prior written permission.
Use of Consultancy Deliverables
Reports, summaries and action plans are prepared for the project and purpose described by the client at the time of the service request.
The client is responsible for considering whether additional specialist advice is required before making decisions based on the information provided.
AJT EQUITY LTD does not guarantee that a particular development proposal will receive approval, achieve a particular commercial result, reach completion by a particular date or produce a particular property value or level of profitability.
Liability
AJT EQUITY LTD will provide its services with reasonable care and skill appropriate to the defined nature of the service.
The services are information-based consultancy and project support. AJT EQUITY LTD does not control decisions made by the client, third-party professionals, contractors, authorities, suppliers or other project participants.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, AJT EQUITY LTD is not responsible for losses arising from information supplied by the client that is inaccurate, incomplete or materially misleading, or from decisions made by the client or third parties based on matters outside the agreed service scope.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law, including applicable consumer rights.
Events Beyond Our Reasonable Control
AJT EQUITY LTD will make reasonable efforts to provide services within the applicable timeframe.
Circumstances outside reasonable control may affect service availability or delivery, including significant technical interruptions, communications failures, third-party service interruptions, or other circumstances that could not reasonably have been prevented.
Where such circumstances materially affect a service, AJT EQUITY LTD will seek to communicate with the client and agree an appropriate next step where reasonably possible.
